Phoenix Human Intelligence

The organizational intelligence layer built around IWPA profiles.

Phoenix Human Intelligence is where organizations experience IWPA: campaigns, individual profile intelligence, comparisons, and rankings where appropriate, built on unchanged deterministic scores.

What Phoenix Human Intelligence is

Why organizations need more than a single assessment profile

An individual receives a profile. An organization must manage campaigns, compare people responsibly for a defined purpose, monitor a cohort, govern access, and preserve a history. Phoenix Human Intelligence provides that layer.

The career-counsellor concept

Phoenix Human Intelligence is like having a continuously available career counsellor, talent adviser, and people-intelligence assistant inside the organization — one that understands approved assessment profiles and helps authorized users interpret them responsibly.

It helps an authorized user understand how a person tends to work, reason, handle pressure, and relate to others, then prepare for development, promotion, interview, or team conversations. It can identify complementary profiles and concentration risks and revisit a profile as responsibilities change. It does not make decisions independently or grant unrestricted access to personal data.

A manager preparing for promotion, a recruiter reviewing role fit, or a coach preparing a session: Phoenix supports the moment an authorized person needs to understand a profile responsibly.

Rank only where justified

Use transparent standard competition ranking only where the purpose warrants it.

Development and team-composition purposes default to profiles, not leaderboards.

Product workflow

From campaign creation to an acted-on result

1

Create and configure

An authorized owner selects the campaign purpose and configures any weighted model transparently.

2

Invite and deliver

Participants receive secure single-use tokens and complete the same IWPA assessment.

3

Score and generate

Deterministic scoring produces the integrated result and purpose-specific profile.

4

Compare responsibly

Where appropriate, comparison uses a transparent campaign-specific model.

5

Support the decision

Authorized users prepare for a real conversation or decision using the permitted profile.

6

Preserve and revisit

Attempts and profile versions remain available as circumstances change.

Comparisons and rankings

Transparent where used, absent where not

Where a purpose calls for ranking, Phoenix uses transparent standard competition ranking: tied results share a rank and each participant shows strength drivers, caution drivers, and completion status. Development and team-composition purposes default to no ranking because their purpose is understanding, not selection.

Permission and privacy model

Purpose-based access, never unrestricted access

What authorized users can see

  • Only campaigns and profiles permitted for their role
  • Participant-safe profiles where a person is intended to receive their result
  • Organization-authorized detail only where the campaign purpose and disclosure allow it
  • An attributable history of model approvals

What Phoenix Human Intelligence does not do

  • Grant unrestricted access to raw participant responses
  • Monitor employees outside an approved assessment campaign
  • Make a final hiring, promotion, or comparable decision
  • Rank participants where ranking is excluded by design

AI boundaries

The same interpretation boundary, applied organizationally

AI may

  • Draft a candidate campaign model for human approval
  • Summarize a profile or cohort for an authorized decision-maker
  • Suggest interview probes, coaching prompts, and manager talking points

AI must not

  • Change a score, weight, or threshold without approved configuration
  • Create hidden ranking criteria
  • Make a final hiring, promotion, or comparable decision
