Because a completed profile is only useful once someone can actually read it
Five domains, several subscales each, and their relationships contain more detail than a short document can present as a flat list. External artificial intelligence service providers may help turn already-computed results into a connected, understandable, personalized narrative — after every number is final, never before.

Why this boundary exists
Scoring stays deterministic and versioned, on purpose
Every score in an IWPA profile is computed by a documented, versioned formula that produces the same result from the same responses every time. AI operates strictly downstream of that computation, turning an already-final profile into readable narrative — never upstream of it and never as a substitute for it.
Human decision-makers remain responsible
For consequential organizational decisions such as hiring or promotion, AI may draft a candidate campaign model or summarize a result, but a human reviews and approves the model before it goes live and a human makes the final decision. AI assists judgment; it does not replace it.
