About IWPA
Built to give people an honest, complete picture — not a shallow label.
IWPA exists because many assessments force a trade-off between depth and simplicity. A person deserves both: a result that is easy to read and rigorous enough to act on.
What IWPA is
An integrated psychometric assessment, not a personality quiz
IWPA measures Work Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Applied Cognitive Approach, Occupational Interests, and Response Quality — five types of evidence, each scored appropriately and presented as one coherent profile.
Who owns and operates IWPA
Jointly owned by 4D and PCI Learning & Development. Technology provided through Phoenix by 4D.
Joint ownership
IWPA, including its methodology, item framework, psychometric structure, associated content, and related intellectual property, is jointly owned by The Fourth Dimension Training & Consultancy FZ LLC and PCI Learning & Development.
Phoenix by 4D
The technology used to administer, score, and generate IWPA profiles is provided through Phoenix by 4D. Phoenix Human Intelligence adds campaigns, governed comparisons, dashboards, and permissions for organizations.
The joint owners establish the professional assessment direction. Phoenix by 4D supplies secure attempts, deterministic scoring, AI-supported narrative generation, profile delivery, and the Phoenix Human Intelligence organizational environment.
What we hold ourselves to
Four commitments that shape every decision
We do not collapse people into one number
Five domains remain five domains. A composite is shown with the full profile, never as its replacement.
We say what we do not know
When a norm, percentile, certification, or other claim is not supported, we state that plainly rather than imply certainty.
Scoring stays deterministic
The same responses scored under the same version always produce the same result.
AI supports; it does not decide
External AI services may explain already-computed results. They do not calculate or alter scores and do not make consequential decisions.
How IWPA fits together
One assessment. Many real decisions.
Individuals purchase profiles through IWPA.io. Organizations use the same instrument through Phoenix Human Intelligence, with purpose-specific campaigns and governed comparisons built on unchanged deterministic scores.
Responsible use
Confidentiality, human responsibility, and clear limits
Confidentiality by design
The question bank, scoring formulas, answer keys, and validity thresholds are not exposed because doing so would encourage strategic responding and undermine the instrument.
Human responsibility for consequential decisions
AI may draft or summarize, but humans approve models and make final hiring, promotion, and comparable decisions.
Positioned precisely, not oversold
IWPA supports workplace decisions, not clinical diagnosis. Claims are limited to what available evidence supports, without blanket superiority claims.
