Phoenix Human Intelligence
The organizational intelligence layer built around IWPA profiles.
Phoenix Human Intelligence is where organizations experience IWPA — campaigns, individual profile intelligence, comparisons, and rankings where appropriate, delivered on top of IWPA's unchanged, deterministic scores.
What Phoenix Human Intelligence is
Why organizations need more than a single assessment profile
An individual receives one profile for themselves. An organization needs to manage campaigns, compare people responsibly for a specific purpose, track completion across a cohort, and keep a history it can return to — none of which a single PDF profile can do on its own. Phoenix Human Intelligence is that layer.
The career-counsellor concept
Phoenix Human Intelligence is like having a continuously available career counsellor, talent adviser, and people-intelligence assistant inside the organization — one that understands the approved assessment profiles of employees and participants and helps authorized users interpret them responsibly.
Concretely, this means helping an authorized user understand how a person tends to work, how they reason, how they handle pressure, and how they relate to others — then using that understanding to prepare for a development conversation, a promotion decision, an interview, or a look at team dynamics. It means helping identify complementary profiles and concentration risks across a team, and revisiting a profile when a role or a responsibility changes. It does not mean Phoenix makes any decision on its own, and it does not mean unrestricted access to private personal data — see the permission model below.

A manager preparing for a promotion conversation, a recruiter reviewing role fit, a coach preparing a session — Phoenix Human Intelligence is built for the moment an authorized person needs to responsibly understand what a profile actually says.
What Phoenix Human Intelligence supports
Capabilities across the campaign lifecycle
Create assessment campaigns
Configure a campaign for a specific purpose — hiring, promotion, development, and more — before any participant is invited.
Select campaign purpose
Purpose determines which comparison mechanics apply, from the approved list of organizational uses.
Issue assessment tokens
Generate secure, single-use tokens bound to the campaign and its designated profile type.
Invite participants
Send invitations and track who has started, completed, or not yet begun.
Monitor completion
See campaign-wide completion status without exposing response-level detail prematurely.
View individual profiles
Authorized users see the Integrated Profile for a specific participant, scoped to their permission level.
View participant-safe profiles
A reduced, appropriately reframed version of a profile, safe to share with the person it's about.
View organization-authorized profiles
Full interpretive detail for decision-makers, visible only where the campaign purpose and permissions allow it.
Explore strengths and development areas
Cross-scale patterns — reinforcing combinations and tensions — surfaced for a specific person or role.
Compare participants
Purpose-specific comparison across a cohort, never a single universal ranking formula applied blindly.
Compare against role requirements
Fit against a transparent, campaign-specific role model — never a hidden formula.
Rank where the purpose justifies it
Standard competition ranking with full transparency, only for purposes where ranking makes sense.
Avoid ranking where it doesn't fit
Development and team-composition purposes default to no ranking — a profile, not a leaderboard.
Preserve assessment and profile history
Every attempt, model version, and profile is retained — nothing is silently overwritten.
Revisit prior results
Authorized users can return to a previous result as a role or responsibility changes.
AI-supported explanations
Grounded in deterministic scores — narrative and summaries, never a change to the underlying numbers.
Decision support by purpose
The same platform, applied differently by purpose
Hiring and promotion
Structured interview prompts, readiness reads, and transition-risk visibility — built to prepare a human decision, not replace it.
Learn moreDevelopment and coaching
Coaching-conversation prompts and manager-preparation notes grounded in a person's real, current profile.
Learn moreTeam and cohort understanding
Complementary strengths, concentration risk, and communication balance across a whole team — never an individual ranking.
Learn moreUniversity and graduate programs
Cohort-level insight for program design, alongside development-oriented, responsibly worded individual guidance.
Learn moreProfile families delivered through Phoenix HI
Purpose-built profiles for every organizational use
Hiring and Role Fit Profile
Structured, threshold-based support for a specific hiring decision or role model.
Promotion and Leadership Readiness Profile
Readiness, strengths, and development gaps for an expanded role — plus a multidimensional leadership profile, never a single score.
Succession and Talent Review Profile
Current, near-term, and longer-term readiness for critical roles.
Employee Development and Coaching Profile
Individual development priorities and coaching focus areas grounded in real data.
Graduate and University Profile
Career fit, work-readiness, and development guidance for graduate programs and student cohorts.
Team Composition Profile
Distribution, complementarity, and gaps across a team — never a ranking.
Product workflow
From campaign creation to an acted-on result
Create and configure
An authorized owner creates a campaign, selects its purpose, and — where a weighted model is needed — configures it transparently.
Invite and deliver
Participants receive secure, single-use tokens bound to the campaign and complete the same IWPA assessment.
Score and generate
Deterministic scoring produces each participant's Integrated Profile; purpose-specific profiles are generated from it.
Compare responsibly
Where the purpose calls for it, participants are compared using a transparent, campaign-specific model.
Support the decision
Authorized users review participant-safe and organization-authorized profiles to prepare for a real conversation or decision.
Preserve and revisit
Every attempt and profile version is preserved, so a result can be returned to later as circumstances change.
