Privacy Policy
Effective the date you access this website
This policy explains what personal data IWPA collects, why, and how it is used. For a plain-language explanation of our broader security and confidentiality principles, see our Privacy & Security page.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, email, and optionally organization) when purchasing a profile, requesting a demonstration, or contacting us.
- Your assessment responses, tied to your assessment token and attempt.
- Standard technical data (such as browser and device information) needed to operate the site reliably.
2. How we use it
We use your contact details to deliver your assessment token, your profile, and to respond to inquiries. We use your assessment responses to compute your scores and generate your profile. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your assessment responses to build a profile of you for any purpose beyond your own profile.
3. Organizational (Phoenix Human Intelligence) context
When you complete an assessment through an organizational campaign, your organization accesses results only through the specific permissions and profile types configured for that campaign’s purpose — not unscoped access to every detail of your response data.
4. Data retention
Finalized assessment attempts are retained as an immutable record — including auto-submitted and low-completion attempts — so that results remain auditable and traceable to the exact scoring version that produced them. We do not delete result history.
5. Your choices
You can ask us about the personal data we hold about you, or raise a privacy question or request, through our contact page. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
