IWPA provides psychometric assessment products delivered as one of two individual profiles purchased through IWPA.io (the Individual Classic Profile and the Career Guide Profile), a participant package for a defined group, or, for organizations, a Phoenix Human Intelligence campaign.

IWPA is a professional psychometric assessment, not a clinical or diagnostic tool. It does not diagnose any condition, guarantee job performance, or claim complete immunity to inaccurate self-report. Results should be interpreted alongside other relevant information, not relied on in isolation for consequential decisions.

Each assessment token is issued for a single participant and, absent an authorized retake, a single attempt. A token is locked once your attempt is finalized, whether by normal completion or automatic submission. A new attempt requires a new token, obtained through a new purchase or an authorized reset.

You agree to respond to the assessment honestly and to use your profile for lawful, personal, or authorized organizational purposes. You may not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or publish assessment content, scoring logic, or another participant’s results.

Portions of your profile’s narrative may be generated with AI support, always grounded in your own deterministically computed scores. AI does not alter your scores and does not make employment or other consequential decisions on anyone’s behalf.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
